The ML-Lite™ is a single unit that combines the superb performance of our light-weight, low form-factor stationary overhead Strip Light™ with sophisticated machine vison capabilities that automatically detect and size fluorescent indications.
Automatic sizing with a beam profile of 110 cm x 60 cm / 43” x 24” at 38cm!
The system’s “Beep on Detect” function alerts the operator to the presence of relevant indications and the software sizes them and automatically marks their location on a photographic image of the part for easy later identification. ALL inspections (pass or fail) get permanently recorded for 100% QA and compliance purposes.
