Description
The Mag-Tec is a Tangential Field Strength Meter designed to measure magnetising field levels. It is particularly aimed at Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and for use with Magnetic Bench units and gives an accurate measurement of the magnetising field which ensures compliance with specifications and operating procedures necessary for MPI. The meter can be used to measure AC, DC, half-wave DC or more complex magnetising waveforms. The Mag-Tec displays Peak, True RMS and Mean Field Levels and can give a graphical display of the magnetising waveform.
