ER-83A Method D Emulsifier- a hydrophilic emulsifier used diluted with water to emulsify Sherwin’s non water washable penetrants. ER-83A removes surface, non-water washable penetrants by spray or immersion. It complies with low sulphur, low halogen, and low sodium requirements. Supplied in 25Litre container

DR-60 Cleaner– is used in the penetrant process to remove excess penetrant from part surfaces. It is a manual wipe on and wipe off material and is recommended for small areas. DR-60 may also be used for generally cleaning oily, dirty surfaces. DR-60 is especially suitable for cleaning prior to the application of inspection penetrants. Complies with low sulphur and low halogen requirements.Supplied in 25Litre and 60Litre container.

D-90G Dry Developer- for use with fluorescent penetrants. It amplifies the location of cracks, pores, and similar flaws by multiplying fluorescent brilliance. D-90G also assists penetrant re-bleed back to the part surface, and stabilises indications. Complies with low sulphur, low halogen, and low sodium requirements. Supplied in 1Kg Tubs
