INSTRUCTIONS:
CAUTION: BEFORE TAKING THE PRODUCT OUT, HOMOGENIZE THE POWDER.
CLOSE THE PACKAGING CAREFULLY AFTERWARDS.
Immersion:
After washing and drying the parts, immerse them for 5 to 10 seconds
into the developer. Take them out and let them bleed for at least 10
minutes. The developer should be homogenized (using a wooden spoon, for
example), twice a day.
Dust chamber:
Once washed and dried, the parts are inserted into the dust chamber.
They are to be placed at mid-height of the tank (which is closed). A
very small quantity of powder, at the bottom of the tank, is stirred
by a fan, or by a blow of compressed air (dry and oil-free: in that
case, exhaust should be directed outside the workshop) for approximately
30 seconds. Then let the parts dry for at least 10 minutes in the
compartment, so that the powder can fall down before opening.
NOTE: IT IS STRONGLY ADVISED TO:
-Use one or several fans rather than compressed air.
-Use vertical axis fan placed at the bottom of the tank.
-If, however, you wish to use compressed air, it should be oil-free and,
above all, very dry (a dew point of - 20°C [-4°F] or less is strongly
recommended)
Spray:
D 90 G can be applied by pneumatic spraying (dry, oil-free air).
However, electrostatic spraying is preferable, as it makes it possible
to apply a thin layer of developer, which remains clean at all times. In
either case, the compressed air should have a dew point of - 20° C
(-4°F). (or less).
