at the same time with .05mm resolution each.

The Active Target Adapter
is delivered with a factory-cabled triangle of three active
targets for turnkey applications in 6-DOF sensing, with a
factory-cabled group of four active targets suitable for surface
mounting, and with an assortment of unmounted active targets for
use in custom applications.
