INSTRUCTIONS:
If necessary remove scale, paint residue, oxide, etc…
Degrease using
degreaser N120 and cleaning rags or preimpregnated N 120 swabs
Strongly shake B
104A spray can, then, from a distance of 20 to 30 cm, firmly push nozzle
while keeping spray can upside.
Spray a thin,
uniform coat of B 104A (if possible one layer)
A 30 to 80 µm
layer is enough. Too a thick coat leads to coat defects (“orange skin”)
and decreases inspection sensitivity.
B 104A is not
soluble in water or in currently used hydrocarbon-based magnetic inks.
After inspection,
special solvent B 105 shall be used to remove B 104 A.
