          NDT Consultants Ltd. offers three types of consultancy:

1. Level III

          Our level III personnel are contracted level III’s for an impressive list of companies (Boeing, Rolls Royce, Honeywell, AirBus, etc) working to PCN, ASNT, and other accreditation schemes. We have many clients in UK, EU and other countries across the world.
 

This involves taking professional responsibility for a client’s:

• Non-destructive Testing policy and activities

• Ensuring that their processes and application of the various techniques are in accordance with the various controlling specifications. Provide third party assistance for evaluation of NDT procedures and inspection

• Compiling standard NDT practices and Procedures and vetting or even preparing NDT technique/data cards.

• Provide written practice for training and certification of NDT Personnel in Accordance with American Society of Non-Destructive Testing.

2. Diagnostic NDT

          Techniques development for specific problems which could arise when new materials are introduced, or when a greater level of inspection becomes necessary on established materials and work pieces. This involves work, which varies from straightforward development of existing technology to basic research.

3. Technology Development

          Introduction, development and research into new NDT technology are at the heart of the company’s future development. Introduction of the Acoustic Camera, Digital Radiography, Advanced Electromagnetic, Microwave Application in the field of NDT are just few of the new technologies projects.
