Social Responsibility
Social
Responsibility is an ethical or ideological theory that an
entity whether it is a government, corporation, organization or
individual has a responsibility to society.
The concept
of Corporate Social Responsibility is worldwide accepted nowadays
through the majority of the companies. Some of them are using programs
and actions in the environmental field, other in social field, etc. Our company
chose to encourage youth professional development for individuals that want and
have skills to do that with us, offering the opportunity to evolve in
several departments.
What we have
done until now:
-sponsorships
and practice allowance inside the company for PHD students from Warwick
University.
-we cooperate
with AIESEC in Warwick University, having currently an AIESEC intern, offering the opportunity to an international recent graduate
to gain experience in the marketing department.
